yes it will catch fire if air is too hot.
Yes. The word "precipitation" covers any product of condensation. Put simply, it is when cloud particles become too heavy to stay suspended in the air, so they fall to the earth. This covers rain, sleet, snow, frost, hail, snow, etc.
Ice ages are when a huge clump of ice is built up together and stay frozen for a bunch of years.....they most likely happen is because the ice just builds up and its too cold for the ice to melt...if it so happen did,it would become an ocean.
No, pure ice (frozen water) does not have any sodium in it, because pure ice is just pure water that is frozen, and since water is H2O, and not H2NaO, ice doesn't have sodium in it. Ice will have whatever chemicals or other contaminants in it that were in the water before it was frozen. If the water had salt in it then the ice will be salty too.
Dry ice can burn you, but I don't think it can burn unless you put something on fire in it.
too have a ice cream
The answer is fire because it melts the ice. I think psychic is good too. Or at least, it was when I used it.
If you mean as a pet, there is armored frost dragon which is now rare but was dropped from the frost dragon on mount frost or the armored baby frost dragon which is also now rare but was the reward from the quest Turn Dracolich into Dragon. If you mean how to get to it, then that too is rare but was located in Ice cave (/join icecave) or Mount Frost (/join mountfrost).

Yes, Hammer Bros. are Koopas. Ice Bros. and Fire Bros. are, too.
Electric and i think ice too
No, some blow out ice and/or water. If you count Dark or Black fire, then that too.
mostly electric and ice and rock but fire is good too
If you have an Ice type Pokemon that can work too. So can Poison, Bug, and Flying types.
Sort of, depending on who is talking... As seen through a modestly good telescope, the poles show white caps that grow and shrink with the seasons. They are not solid caps of ice, metres or even kilometres thick, such as we have on Earth, but just a thin frost of carbon dioxide crystals ("dry ice") and water crystals (snow or hoar frost) mainly on the ground surface. There is more material underground, but not very much and not visible from off the planet. If that is what you are willing to call a planetary ice cap, then the answer is yes. If not, then bad luck! No!
