I would think Florida would be fairly wet since Florida gets a lot of sea breeze initiated thunderstorms.
It would actually be very humid. There's a lot of water nearby, and high temperatures which in turn cause a lot of humidity.
It's also good to note that Florida is right next the Gulf of Mexico, where warm moist air resides also contributing to the fact that it's warm and humid.
