Chlorine monoxide then reacts with an oxygen atom (O) and create a chlorine atom and an oxygen molecule (O2). The chlorine atom can then react with another Ozone molecule (O3) to form Chlorine monoxide (ClO) and an Oxygen molecule (O2) and the cycle continues.
