2NH3(l) + 2Fe(s) ---> 2FeN(aq) + 3H2
3 NH3 + 3 H2O + FeCl3 --> 3 NH4OH + FeCl33 NH4OH + FeCl3 --> 3 NH4Cl + Fe(OH)3Everything but Fe(OH)3 is soluble so it becomes3 NH4+ + 3 OH- + Fe3+ + 3 Cl- --> 3 NH4+ + 3 Cl- + Fe(OH)3Fe3+ + 3 OH- --> Fe(OH)3
Let's see. FeCl3 + H3PO4 -> FePO4 + 3HCl Looks like a double displacement with iron(III)phosphate and hydrochloric acid as products. Idealized, perhaps. I do not know if correct in nature.
The molar mass of ammonia is about 17 grams, so that 3 moles would have a mass of 51 grams.
When iron metal reacts with sodium hydroxide, iron hydroxide and hydrogen gas are produced. The balanced equation for the reaction is: 2 Fe + 6 NaOH -> 2 Fe(OH)3 + 3 H2
3 moles of ammonia is 51grams. One mole is 17 grams.
What is observed is is that ammonia acts as a base and precipitates iron(III) solutions as iron(III) hydroxide. Similar problems are encounteerd with iron(II). The underlying reason is that iron(III) does not bond strongly to N donors. iron(II) also does not bond strongly. It is possible to make the [Fe(NH3)6] 3+ ion and I suspect that this is made in liquid ammonia, avoiding the probelm of interaction with water. Certainly other iron(II) salts dissolve in liquid ammonia to give ammine complexes although some are quite unstable.
You'll have to wait...:)
When you mix ammonia and baking soda, a chemical reaction occurs. The ammonia (NH3) acts as a base, while the baking soda (sodium bicarbonate, NaHCO3) acts as an acid. The reaction between the two compounds produces water (H2O), sodium acetate (NaC2H3O2), and carbon dioxide (CO2) gas. This reaction is exothermic, meaning it releases heat energy.

The mass of 3 mol of ammonia is 51,093 g; the number of ammonia molecules in 3 moles is18,066422571.10e23.
The ratio of hydrogen to ammonia in the chemical formula of ammonia (NH3) is 3:1. This means that there are 3 atoms of hydrogen for every 1 atom of ammonia in the compound.
Fill the bottle or bucket with tap water. Always add ammonia to water, not water to ammonia. Add about 3 ounces of ammonia per pint to quart of water. However, you can make it stronger or weaker if you like. Never combine ammonia with anything that has bleach. That makes a poison gas. Gokhan SERBETCI OKNAL INDUSTRIAL MEDICAL AND CHEMICAL GASES A.S
ammonia is made of 1 nitrogyn and 3 hydrogines and the uses of ammonia like cleaning.
Mixing ammonia and alcohol can produce a chemical reaction that forms potentially harmful compounds such as ammonium acetate. This mixture can release harmful vapors and should be avoided due to the risk of irritation to the respiratory system and skin. Additionally, the reaction can be exothermic, leading to the generation of heat.
Well. i just mixed 1.5mg of xanax and took a stacker 3. I'll let you know what happens!
