Currently the federal government has jurisdiction over "navigatable waters" The clean water act by re-defining "wetlands" attempts to supercede 2 Supreme Court decisions by giving federal juridiction over ALL waters using clean water and environment in the "clean water act". It appears to some as nothing more than a massive land and water taking.
Earth's availability of water is primarily in the form of oceans (97%) and ice caps/glaciers (2%). The remaining 1% is found in lakes, rivers, groundwater, and atmospheric water vapor. Although water is abundant on Earth, access to clean and fresh water is a growing concern due to pollution, overuse, and uneven distribution.
Anywhere from 1/8 to 1/2 cup of TSP in 1/3 gallon of bleach and 2/3 water is a very effective cleaner. Better to start out at 1/4 cup TSP, 1/3 gallon bleach, and 2/3 gallons water first. Mix the 1/4 cup TSP in 2/3 gallons hot tap water first, stir really good, then add 2/3 gallon of fresh bleach, stir again, and go clean. IF this solution is not strong enough, go to 1/2 cup TSP and !/2 gallon of bleach, to 1/2 gallon of water. TSP is a really potent cleaner, but it can dull paint, and etch metal, if mixed too strong! Better to try the weaker formula first, repeat cleaning a few times, if necessary.
to make silver nitrate (AgNO3) one first needs to dissolve pure silver in nitric acid till saturation point at 50 deg C, and evaporating this solution. The results are transparent cristals which are soluble in distilled water, alcohol or acetone
Aluminum nitrate, when dissolved in water, completely dissociates from Al(NO3)3 to Al+3 and NO3-1 ions. It is a strong electrolyte.
Depends on how high you want to raise the gram of water ;).
