During TCA/Kreb/Citric Acid Cycle three CO2 molecules are formed.

1, when Acetic acid converts into Acetyl CoA.

2, when NAD is Reduced to NADH+H when one carbon is removed and Alpha- ketogluteric Acid is fromed.

3, when another carbon is removed and Succinyl CoA is formed ( NAD will also reduce here :)
