Earth Science
The major science that studies Earth and its place in space is known as Earth science or geoscience. It includes disciplines such as geology, meteorology, oceanography, and astronomy, which all contribute to our understanding of Earth's processes, history, and interactions within the broader universe.
Honestly, the universe is a pretty big place. No one really knows the volume of aluminum as a percentage of the universe.
Without space-based technology and exploration, our understanding of the universe would be limited to what we can observe from Earth. We would have less knowledge about our place in the cosmos and how the universe operates, potentially leading to a more limited perspective on our existence. Our technological advancements might also be hindered without the innovations gained from space exploration.
There exists only one known universe and the Earth is in it. Even if the theory of multiple dimensions was proven, the Earth would actually still exist in all of those separate dimensions at once.
Aristarchus proposed the heliocentric model of the universe, suggesting that the Earth and other planets revolve around the Sun. This was a major contribution to Earth science as it challenged the prevailing geocentric model and laid the groundwork for our modern understanding of the solar system.

In the 17th century, different people at different places started to accept the idea that the Earth was not the center of the universe. Copernicus had put forward a description with the Sun at the center of everything.Depending on what perspective you want to take, the center of the universe by some religious teachings is Mecca. One could say that the progression of beliefs was, Mecca, Earth, Sun, Milky Way.Now, we know that with an expanding universe and general relativity, one can say there is no place that is the center of the universe or every place is the center of the universe.
