It means Australia's Exclusive Economic Zone.

"Exclusive Economic Zones and the Continental Shelf
Law of the Sea dictates that the area extending up to 200 nautical miles from a state's coast is it's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). EEZs are zones over which a state has special rights, particularly in regards to exploration and the use of marine resources. The recognition of EEZs internationally occurred with the Third United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in 1982. Since then, however, disputes over EEZs are still a common source of conflict between nations. This committee will be responsible for looking at the issues relating to EEZs that continue to create conflict and attempt to clarify international policies on the special rights of states in these areas as well as ownership rights in areas of overlap.
