Plasma chamber is a device which produces plasma inside. plasma is the 4th state of matter which is quasineutral meaning it consists of the same amount of positive and negative ions. When these ions hit the surface the change the chemistry of the surface. They can be used for many purposes such as changig the surface chemistry, depositing organic compounds sometimes sterlizing. I use it to make a hydrophobic surface hydrophilic.
