Stresstabs Advanced don't list it as an ingredient. The Walmart pharmacist recommended them as safe while you are taking Coumadin (Warfarin). The label is purple with Stresstabs written in white with the word Advanced written on a green stripe.
HOW MUCH STRESSTAB
Yes
Stresstabs typically contain a combination of vitamins and minerals, such as B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc, that are believed to support and nourish the body during times of stress. They are designed to help replenish nutrients that may be depleted during stressful periods.
I was looking for a brand I took years ago but couldn't find at RiteAid.com But came across StressTabs w/zinc in my search for a stress relief tablet. It's a B-complex vitamim with C and a few other vitamins to help cope with daily stress.
The best time to take Stresstabs, a multivitamin supplement, is typically with a meal to enhance absorption and minimize any potential stomach upset. It's advisable to follow the dosage instructions on the label or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Taking them consistently at the same time each day can help establish a routine. Always consult with a healthcare provider if you have specific questions regarding timing or interactions with other medications.
I've tried a lot of medications that just don't work. Now I'm trying other options, like vitamins. I've heard that chromium, magnesium, Stresstabs, Vitamin D, and DHEA all help with depression. So far chromium, magnesium and Stresstabs have done nothing for me but every person reacts differently. I'm currently taking the other two and my mood has improved already. I also started taking cold showers, which many people have said cures their depression, oddly enough. They are actually very uplifting. Also, try to stay hydrated and if you can, exercise. There's also meditation, hypnosis, and acupuncture to cure depression. Try everything, because something will work and you just have to find it.
Stress tabs are used to provide additional vitamins, including concentrated levels of vitamin B, to the body to help people who may be suffering from high levels of stress. Most stress tabs are considered all-natural since the product contains only vitamins.
That is a job for a mental health professional. Unless you are qualified to make psychological diagnoses, you do not even know for sure what the problem is. If they refuse to see someone, and are not a danger to themselves or others, there is not much that you can do except offer support and try not to add to their stress. If they are endangered, contact your local mental health association for advice.
