Most naturally ocurring elements are a mixture of different isotopes. Look up boron for more details; I didn't look it up, but I can imagine that it consists of a mixture of isotopes that have an Atomic Mass of 10 and 11; or perhaps some other isotopes too.

Different isotopes of an element have the same number of protons, but a different number of neutrons.
