Some parts of the United States, especially the Pacific Northwest, seem to have rainy seasons, when many days in a row are rainy or drizzly. For example, in Otis, Oregon, it rained from December 7, 1997 to February 23, 1998. In Seattle, Washington in early 1953, that city recorded 33 consecutive days of rain. But the record for most consecutive days comes from the town of Ketchikan, Alaska, which had 101 days of rain in a row, also in 1953.

There is also another possible answer. In the city of Kailua, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, it rained from August 27, 1993 to April 30, 1994; but some sources believe that should not count because the city is right near a rain forest. And it should also be noted that because the National Weather Service only began keeping records in the late 1800s, there may have been other long-duration rain events that we don't know much about.
