Turns out there are numerous fault lines, all created by the same place collision. They occur mostly in northeastern and western Ohio. Mostly they produce little earthquakes in the 2.0-2.5 range, though there's speculation that someday there could be one as big as 5.5 - 6.0 in the NE, and/or one as big as 6.0 - 6.5 in the west.
