What power does Bella have in H2O season 3?

Bella was given a power called gelidkinesis, the power to turn things to a gel-like state. However, it is only temporary or until she loses concentration in maintaining the water state. There are many examples throughout the season that exhibit Bella's power, however, I will only name a couple. Upon being asked about her power over water by Lewis, she turns the water in Lewis's cup into gel. After a few moments, during which Lewis has fun and plays with the gel on the table, the gel reverts back into liquid water. Another incident showing the temporary gel-like state of water and it's usefulness is when she's hiking with Will to the moon pool on mako island. She needs to cross a river, and so, turns some water to create some stepping stones to travel across the river without getting wet(a plan that inevitably fails in keeping her dry).

In Season 3 of H2O: Just Add Water, Bella can turn water into jelly through her hydrokinetic powers. This unique ability sets her apart from the other mermaids, Cleo and Rikki, who have powers over water and heat respectively.
