What will happen to global warming if people keep polluting the earth?

When human beings pollute the earth, it sends bad chemicals everywhere. Into lakes, oceans (the oil spill), the sky (acid rain. Acid rain is when chemicals or even small amounts of debris evaporate with the water here on the ground then falls again, polluting our earth by dropping it's chemical payload on it's way down from the sky) and just strait forward, the ground. You can help put a stop to this though. The BIG HELP by Nickolodeon is a cool website. They give you plenty of ideas on what you can do to help this earth, wether you live in Alaska or in California, you can make a difference. ∙ 9y agoGlobal warming is happening from carbon dioxide pollution. We are burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) in industry, transport and the generation of electricity, and this releases carbon dioxide. The world is making tiny efforts to reduce this, but if it continues, then there is a chance that we will have a runaway greenhouse effect, which will kill all life on earth.
