Manganese deposits in the Philippines are primarily found in the provinces of Misamis Oriental, Davao Oriental, Compostela Valley, and Davao del Norte on the island of Mindanao. These deposits are typically associated with nickel laterites and iron laterites.
The chemical formula for manganese is Mn and for chlorine is Cl. When these two elements combine, they can form various compounds such as manganese(II) chloride (MnCl2) or manganese(IV) chloride (MnCl4), depending on the oxidation state of manganese.
Manganese (II) sulfide.
The compound with the chemical formula MnF2 is called manganese(II) fluoride. It is an inorganic compound composed of manganese and fluoride ions in a 1:2 ratio.
Manganese pentabromide is the molecular compound MnBr5. It is composed of one manganese atom and five bromine atoms.
The compound Mn2(SO4)3 is called manganese(III) sulfate.
Copper, nickel, chromium, gold, iron, and manganese are in economic amounts. gold
The valence electrons of manganese are located in the 4s and 3d energy levels.

Most manganese ore mining operations in the Philippines are categorized as small scale. That means registration can be done on a regional basis and gathering all these from the government offices concerned can be challenging. I know of several small scale operations in the Philippines and I can direct you to them if you want. Please do not be misled by the term "small scale". Volumes can vary depending on the grade of the ore and/or market demand. A shipment of several thousand tons are normal.
