The natural water cycle is being disturbed by unplanned increasing population. The underground water resources are not being charged. In Pakistan, there is not a single large water lake in highly populated province Punjab. The politicians had made making of dams a political issue. Islamabad and Rawalpindi the twin cities the capital of Pakistan require over dozen dams those are required to raise underground water level , protection natural growth , trees and plantation . It would generate lot of activity of fish production that is source of feed for many birds beside food for human. Some one thought of bring water by pipelines but that would not provide above facilities to protect the environments. The drinking water is not available in most of the areas and no recycling of water is being used. We must use the water carefully. The used water is required to be recycled and rain water should be pooled to protect the environments
