Reducing CO2 emissions will help to slow global warming. To reverse global warming we would have to transfer very soon to renewable sources of energy (solar, hydro, wind, tidal, wave, geothermal and biofuels) to generate electricity and to power all our transport. We would also have to have a massive planting of trees all over the world to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Can being green help global warming?

Yes by cleaning the earth, takes away pollution. And the pollution is what's causing global warming. But just to say, I don't believe in global warming. Because THE LORD promised he wouldn't flood the Earth again.

What has to reduce to solve the problem of global warming?

To solve the problem of global warming, carbon emissions need to be reduced significantly. This can be achieved through increased use of renewable energy sources, reducing reliance on fossil fuels, investing in energy efficiency measures, and implementing policies to limit carbon emissions from industries and transportation. Additionally, promoting sustainable practices and raising awareness about the impact of individual actions can help mitigate global warming.

What is the reverse change of global warming global Cooling or Global Freezing?

The reverse change of global warming is global cooling, which refers to a decrease in average temperatures worldwide. Global freezing is not a recognized scientific term but can be used colloquially to emphasize extreme cold conditions.

What does mitigate global warming mean?

Mitigate means to soften or make easier, so with global warming it means to reduce it. The way, of course, to reduce global warming is to plant billions of trees and to stop burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas).

The condition of warming measure by rising degrees is?

The condition of warming measured by rising degrees refers to an increase in global temperatures due to factors such as greenhouse gas emissions from human activities. This phenomenon, known as global warming, is a significant contributor to climate change and can lead to various environmental impacts such as melting ice caps, rising sea levels, and more frequent extreme weather events. Efforts to mitigate global warming include reducing emissions and transitioning to renewable energy sources.

How can you help the drought in Australia?

By using less water and reducing your footprint on CO2 emissions to stop global warming.

What is the chance of reducing global warming?

The future is looking grim. Many people think we have left it too late to do much about global warming. Very few countries have made serious attempts to reduce their emissions.

How does plate tectonics affect global warming?

it affect global warming due to emissions sent from volcanic eruptions and multiple other emissions `

How do natural gases affect global warming?

Natural gases such as methane and carbon dioxide trap heat in the Earth's atmosphere, leading to global warming. When released in excess through activities like deforestation and fossil fuel burning, they contribute to the greenhouse effect and accelerate climate change. Reducing emissions of these gases is crucial to mitigating their impact on global warming.

How do countries cause global warming?

With all of the emissions caused by the 600,000,000 plus vehicles on the road and the emissions of various companies, all countries contribute to global warming. (See below for more about the Greenhouse Effect). In order to help reverse this process, the government of the countries should impose laws to limit these emissions and work to create a greener future for all.

What are the global problems of clearing forests and increased gas emissions from factories and motor vehicles?

The main global problems of clearing forests and increased gas emissions are global warming and acid rain. The clearing of forests means additional carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, causing global warming. Increased gas emissions also contribute to global warming and acid rain.

How can less use of petroleum and electricity contribute in reducing global warming?

Burning petroleum releases carbon dioxide, one of the greenhouse gases that are causing Global Warming.Using electricity (which is largely produced by burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas)) produced carbon dioxide when it was generated.Reducing our use of petroleum and fossil fuel generated electricity will contribute to reducing Global Warming.

Are plants reducing global warming?

Plants reduce carbon dioxide, because they absorb carbon and release oxygen. Yes, they help reduce global warming, because excess carbon dioxide emissions increase the green house effect and global warming. Plants in total consume a small percentage of the carbon dioxide, a known minor contributor to global warming. The bottom line is that plants are a small carbon sink.

How is wind energy?

There are no dangerous carbon emissions to cause global warming

Why does global warming stop healing ozone depletion?

Global warming relates with ozone depletion. The same is true for reverse.
