There are different types of labour:

1. Managerial- these are people running their own business or whose job it is to organize the work of others

2. Supervisory- these people such as foremen, inspectors etc. who work in offices

3. Clerical & Secretarial- these are the bookkeepers, secretaries, etc. who work in offices

4. Skilled Manual Workers-this covers thoes who have undergone an apprenticeship or other extensive training.For example electricians plumbers etc.

5. Semi Skilled Workers - thoes who need some training and experience but can learn the job fairly quickly

6. Unskilled Workers - people who need no training to do the job
