Third world countries often respond to the problems of developed countries through diplomacy, collaboration, and advocacy for equitable solutions. They may seek to highlight issues such as climate change, trade imbalances, and economic inequality in international forums, emphasizing their own vulnerabilities and needs. Additionally, they may engage in partnerships and seek aid or investment to address shared challenges, while also pushing for policies that consider their developmental contexts. Ultimately, the response varies based on specific issues and the political, economic, and social dynamics at play.

Your question is misleading. The US provides millions and millions of dollars in aid to third world countries. The flip side is why is the third world not working to protect it's benefactor instead of attacking.
Foreign aid is provided to countries that have a specific need of additional help, generally found in the third world. The rich countries of the world provide assistance to those countries who have a poor economy and are unable to help themselves. The aid can be used to help build schools, hospitals and support new industries to create jobs.
