Uncirculated $1 to $475 depending upon the condition of the coin.
There is nothing special about a 1984 penny, so its just 1 cent. There are a few 1984 pennies that are referred to as double ear 1984s and from what I have found they are worth about 3,500.00 The ear lobe looks like it has two ear lobes or an extra long one.

Only if you have the other 49 pennies in the set.
There are no 1984 pennies made from steel -- they were made from a zinc core with a thin outer copper layer. So you have a penny that either is missing its copper layer (worth a couple dollars) or one that has been plated by somebody with zinc, silver, or some other similar colored metal (no collector value). If your penny was made of steel, it would stick to a magnet -- try it!
The mass of a 1984 penny is approximately 2.5 grams.
Yes, 1 cent. It's an ordinary circulation coin. Billions were struck.
1984 pennies are often worth more than 1985 pennies primarily due to the existence of a rare error variety known as the "1984 Doubled Die" penny, which features noticeable doubling in the lettering and design. This error makes the 1984 penny highly sought after by collectors. In contrast, 1985 pennies lack such significant rarities, leading to lower demand and value. As a result, the market value of 1984 pennies, particularly the error coins, tends to be higher.
