Actions in the macro enviornment impact and filter down to the micro enviornment impacting on the business emploer/employee relationship and profit margins. Decisions made in the macro enviornment like the political changes of government policies, impact on the market and the micro enviornment.
But this inter-relatedness works both ways. Actions in the micro environment like the unionisation of employees, by the sheer force of numbers can impact on chaning government and political policies like the unions becoming part of the decision making process in government
