Now we'll use SWOT analysis to identify the impact of the issues.

Strengths

It s a world well known coffee brand build their reputation by their quality and service, Serving around the world almost 30 countries. Starbucks On the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list[source fromhttp://money.CNN.com/magazines/fortune/bestcompanies/2009/full_list/(2009)accessed on April] Being first in the industry to service coffee with quality made them to gain competitive advantage and goodwill. Starbucks's strong organizational culture and mission statement made the clear way to success. Committed and skilled staffs lead to expand their services. Use of New technology like E-commerce and 'Starbucks card' helped to increase the sales and to understand customer behaviors. Well expanded international made them easier to expand faster. Starbuck's has its successful marketing team to market their product to wide range. As a marketing plan they help community welfare organization to show their interest on the community. They are also ECO-friendly.Starbucks is the first company to introduce E-commerce for coffee retail business. This made them first and to gain competitive advantage. They target the correct market at correct location, like always we can find Starbucks in city and near stations.

Weakness Even though starbuck has a good team to market they fail to address some areas. 'Starbuck Card' most of the people don't know about their loyalty card. They fail to advertise card promotion. Starbuck has very limited menu, which is they have only few tea bits with their coffee. They have only 5 Varity of sandwich where other competitors have more of them.
