One of the biggest example that comes to my mind for examples of infaltion is minimum wage. Way back when, back in the day, minimum wage was, like, 25 cents. And people could live off of that. They could buy their food clothes and everything else. Now because of inflation, food and clothes along with everything else is more expensive and minimum wage has been increased to $5.25 or something close to that?
Each government will have a set target with which the inflation rate should lie. For example, in NZ the inflation rate target is 1-3%.
An example sentence could be: "Can I inflate your car tire for you?"
An example could be the USA.
In the Great Depression prices fell. (In Britain, for example, between late 1929 and mid 1932 prices fell by about 33%). That was one of the big problems at the time, as it encouraged people to postpone non-essential purchases and investment, which in turn led to further falls in prices.
The inflation affects the investment indirectly when read with the return. Example if an investment provides a return of 6%, and the inflation during the same period is 5%, the investment in real terms increases only by 1% and not by 6%, as inflation eats away returns to the tune of 5%.
I think that a non- example is grass.

This is a weird question -- almost anything could be a NON example. So ... dignity is a non-example.
A NON-example would be anything that isn't an artifact ... health, for example.
A NON-example would be anything that isn't biomass ... grammar, for example.

This is an odd question. Anything that ISN'T mitochondria is a NON-example. So, stones and rocks are not mitochondria.
