The Advantages of a free market system is that People can trade items at a price that is mutually acceptable to the Buyer and seller. If for instance, in Simple terms, somebody charges too much for a Apple it will make way for somebody to sell the apples cheaper so he will get the customers, in basic terms its stops somebody from cornering (controlling) the market because they are the only one able to supply a product.

It also means that a government or state will not interfere with the purchase or sales of any items in any way except to Tax or police, if items are illegal or prohibited
