Entrepreneurial Orientation or EO refers to the processes, actions, methods practices and decision making styles within the Firm.

For example, the traditional view of entrepreneurship focused on content rather than process. E.g. the individual entrepreneur, someone who took risk and embarked on a new venture. Whereas EO focuses on the processes and styles of strategy development within an existing venture. Not to be confused with intrapreneurship.

Hope this helps
