I live in the United States and the greatest problem this country is facing today is abdication of original political power. It is the people who hold the inherent political power and it is the people who keep willingly trading that power for a perceived benefit of government programs. The F.B.I., the C.I.A., the CDC, the FCC, the SEC, the D.M.V., F.E.M.A., the A.T.F., the D.E.A., and homeland security are all government agencies with no Constitutional authority. The agents of these bureaucratic agencies do not have any direct authority granted to them by the Constitution. Congress, the President and our judges have limited Constitutional authority for a limited time, Congress has created a statutory scheme that has granted even a more limited jurisdiction the these agents of bureaucracy. This ultra limited scope of jurisdiction is constantly expanded by a duped public who willingly grants these agents jurisdiction they otherwise didn't all ready have. More and more people are beginning to feel the sting and stupidity of willful granting of jurisdiction and for most, when they have been abused by a government agent all they know how to do is complain that this used to be a free country.

It is important to know what the scope of jurisdiction of a bureaucratic agent actually is. Of course, the rules and procedures of administrative agencies is quite a daunting task when it comes to reading and understanding all the subtleties and definitions that make up their very limited jurisdiction. It is important to never assume that a bureaucratic agent is operating under the scope of his or her jurisdiction. If they are operating outside of their jurisdiction then they are no longer acting in an official manner and are guilty of breaking several laws including; obstruction of justice, acting under color of law, simulation of legal process, depending on the circumstances they may be guilty of malicious prosecution, and impersonating a government official. Not many people today, even those who've had their cars towed away for no better reason than parking tickets, never stop to wonder how it is these bureaucratic agents, including police officers, as opposed to the Sheriff who is a duly elected official with Constitutional authority, have found a way to circumvent the IV, V, and IXth Amendments. How can a police officer tow away your property with out due process of law. You haven't even been charged with any crime when a police officers tows your car away for unpaid parking tickets and yet you are denied due process of law, and nobody really seems to care. This is not the way to protect our freedom. We are in some serious trouble and I'm afraid I'm just some lone ranter who scares the beejeezus out of everyone with my assertions that we are more than capable to govern ourselves and don't need all this government intrusion.
