Sorry no US Dollars dated 1958 were struck, the last one was in 1935. The coin is likely a 1958 Franklin half dollar. Please look at the coin again and post a new question.
As I type this, silver is $17.81 per ounce that's how much the coin is worth. The price of silver changes by the minute and a buyer may offer you slightly less ( or not ) than the spot price at time of sale.
Um, no such coin exists. Double Eagles refer to $20 gold coins which were last minted in 1933 (1932 for circulation issues) there is no such thing as a silver double eagle. You may, however have an Eisenhower dollar which unless it has an "S" mintmark, does not contain any silver and is not worth any more than $1.
The Denver mint did not strike any silver dollars in 1928. You may have a 1928-S where the S is indistinct. This coin is worth $20 to $30 depending on condition.
The silver one dollar American Buffalo coins are all dated 2001. This is the only year the U.S. Mint made this coin. You may have a 1 ounce "Silver Round" dated 2002 made to look like the official coin but it is not a U.S. Mint product. Take it to a local buyer of scrap gold & silver for an idea of value.
The United States Mint did not issue a dollar coin in 1996 for circulation, however you may have a commemorative coin. In 1996 two dollar commemorative coins were issued. One, the National Community Service Dollar is worth between $90 and $275 in original condition. The other, the Smithsonian Institution 150th anniversary Dollar is worth between $75 and $160. The prices may be much higher or much lower depending on the condition of the coin.
$1.00, unless you're talking about a dollar coin that may be worth more to collectors

One coin may be proof and the other uncirculated or it may be a higher grade.

A 1999 1oz silver dollar may be worth up to $50. The value is based on the value of silver at the time of sale. The price of silver changes nearly by the minute.
If it has an "S" mintmark, it may be silver and worth up to $8.60 at the time of writing, however, if it doesn't have an "S" mintmark, it isn't silver and is only worth $1.
Average condition about a dollar, uncirculated may be $5.00
Depends, there is no coin minted by the US Mint with the Dallas Cowboys on it so its not going to be a collectible to coin collectors. But, your coin may be made out of real silver and so it would be worth the metallic value. Of course, if your coin is something like silver plated copper it is only worth a few cents, but if its silver dollar sized and made out of pure or sterling silver it is worth nearly $20 in silver scrap.
Half dollars dated 1964 and earlier are 90% silver and are worth about $11 in silver content. Keep in mind that proof, error, and key date coins may be worth much more than pure silver content. And from 1965-1970 the half dollar was 40% silver and is worth about $4.50 in silver content. Half dollars dated 1971 and later are not silver unless found in a US mint silver proof set. Note that any half dollar made during 1965-69 is only partially silver and is worth about $3. Halves dated 1971 and later contain NO silver and are only worth 50 cents.
1922 is by far the most common date for Peace silver dollars. As of 19 May 2014, one is worth $15 for the silver.
The coin is a Eisenhower dollar and none of them released for circulation have silver. For 1971 & 1972 only, all S mint marked coins are 40% silver. Also if the coin is a high grade uncirculated example it may be worth up to $5.00.
You need to be a bit more specific. There are no US government issued silver certificates made since the suspension of the silver standard in 1964.There may be private mints and storage companies that do provide silver certificates (for example, you place one silver dollar in storage and they give you a certificate that promises to pay one silver dollar to whoever redeems that certificate in the future. These certificates, if valid, would be worth what one silver dollar is worth (minus perhaps the fees to actually obtain physical possession of that silver dollar)Or perhaps you are referring to a certificate of authenticity for a 2008 silver eagle. If this is just a certificate of authenticity for a 2008 dated coin, it is nearly worthless without the coin. With the coin it might add a couple of cents to a dollar to its value, but just the piece of paper itself would be worth about 2-3 cents.
