what do you mean by sorters
stereotyping always leads to problems no matter where you are. Say you are a tourist from Japan coming to the US and you speak English fluently. Your tour guide might stereotype you as not being able to speak English so he might talk to you like he's trying to make it easy for you to understand. this can anger you and arguments can arise. If you take it up with his boss you can get him fired for racist/stereotypical acts, thus being a problem.

1. Firms from developed countries will be able to sell goods at cheaper prices and higher quality (since they are more mature and have access to better tech) thus local producers may face problems. 2. Infant industries (local industries in developing countries that have not matured yet) may falter in the face of international competition. 3. The loss of local industries may create a large amount of unemployment. 4. There might arise an over-dependence on foreign imports. 5. A negative balance of payments may arise (more imports than exports)
