15 with parental consent, 17 or 18 without..The law keeps changing so I'm not entirely sure if it's 17 or 18 without...But you must be 15 and have parental consent to drop out before being 17 or 18. Either way you should stay in school, but if it comes down to it I hope this helped you out.

You cannot get your GED at 15, but you can at 16. I recommend you go to your local bookstore, but a GED book, and study for a whole year as the GED is a very hard test. After one year of preperation, you'll be more than ready for the test, pass with flying colors, and begin your life!
