The only form of non qualitative education is an education that teach you unnecessary knowledge and gibberish. All education are technically quality and also 'quality' depends on your point of view. Free educators may not be as good as the expensive one but does not means they don't deliver the same type of knowledge to their students and it is stereotypical to think expensive school are better. If the student is attentive, hardworking, persistent and independent, any form of education has the same result for him/her and the same for lazy, cheating, procrastinator and overly dependent students.

Qualitative education refers to an educational approach that focuses on developing students' critical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and general understanding of concepts rather than just memorizing facts. It emphasizes the quality of learning experience and outcomes over quantitative measures like test scores. This approach aims to cultivate well-rounded individuals who can think independently and apply their knowledge in various contexts.
