One can always study law. The ability to be accepted to an accredited law school without a GED or high school diploma is very slim. Most will not accept you without a college degree.
This has nothing to do with this but i just wanted to say HI!
NBA commissioner David Stern attended Rutgers University and Columbia Law School. He graduated from Rutgers in 1963 and from Columbia in 1966.
There isn't really a GED in Toronto like there is in the US. Provincial law states you must be in school until the age of 18.
Having a GED/not being in school doesn't make you an adult. Until you're 18 Mom and Dad get to decide where you live.
You can get your GED if you're 17 in Tennessee. I'm going in the day before my 17th birthday to take my GED test. Talk to your school principal or persona of guidance to double check. They may be able to help you. Or if your school has a police officer on grounds during school, he/she will tell you the law of getting your GED. I've talked to all of mine and they all say the same thing. You have to be 17, you have to have a job, and if you don't pass you can be in GED classes for at least four years.
It is against the law to not hire someone just because they have a GED, it is the equivalent of a high school diploma, HOWEVER most jobs will create a loophole to not hire you for that reason. As long as you have good character and pass through college and such you should be able to get in.
there are colleges that now accept ged's , make some phone calls to colleges in your area to see if they are one that will accept your ged. Some colleges have you take sat exams to enter school but there are smaller ones that don't require sat testing.
