YES, when I was attending a university I had 30-something's in a few classes. Now, whether they transferred UP from community college or not, that has to be at the discretion of the admissions process.
If I were you, I'd just contact the university you are looking into and ask to speak to someone that knows the admission process. All universities act different when it comes to narrowing down prospects. I mean, yeah it must be different for someone over 30 because who really should care what you did in high school 15-years ago anyway. But maybe they do care.
I sympathize with you though buddy because that is the issue I have with considering going back for graduate school. My last academic record is 10-years old so what type of transcript even matters? In that case, I'll just consult an academic advisor at my alma mater on what to do.
