Off course, you most certainly can. I don't see why a high school student should be an acceptance to the rule. Law is law, and it applies on everyone. That is the beauty of it. However, for speeding, the fine is penalty points on your drivers license or if the student was speeding really high, then they can have their drivers license banned for a minimum of 6 months.
obsessed
Yes. If school officials deem it appropriate the offender (thief) can be prosecuted and potentially serve jail time or receive steep fines.
The number of people who go to court or jail for speeding each year can vary depending on the location and circumstances. In general, speeding violations are typically handled with fines, points on a license, or driving school rather than jail time. Only in severe cases or repeated offenses might someone face jail time for speeding.
"Forced" is an odd way of putting it. If a student has enrolled at a school that requires uniforms, it seems that the student has accepted the requirement. If following the school's procedures are not acceptable to the student, the student needs to think about other school options. no because what's the point of wearing school uniforms when you can go to school without a uniform? wearing school uniforms feels like your in jail., but in school. >.< Lolz O.O >.< >//////< O//////O
he went to jail for speeding to fast
If you have an unpaid speeding ticket in Utah, there is a possibility that you could spend as much as 6 months in jail. This will depend on the circumstances.
well i recommend you do because your mom could possibly go to jail .
No
Minors won't usually go to jail, but you can expect some sort of trouble anyway - for example, be thrown out of school, and have trouble finding another school that will accept you.
later on in life right after he got out of jail
Yes. And your parent's insurance will go sky-high . But the bench warrant will be issued for YOUR arrest.
Unless your over 18, you wouldn't go to jail. You would go to Juvy, and then a "Safe school" for the rest of Middle School/High School
