A German speaker, attempting to say it as if it were a German word, would pronounce it approximately like English "yay".

However, it's not a German name, and I suspect most Germans would recognize this and pronounce it the same way you would in English, just as most reasonably educated English-speakers know that "Johann" is pronounced "yohahn".

The name of the letter J is pronounced "yot" (rhymes with "vote") in German.
