How do you say Truck in German?

We call "trucks" (vehicle) "LKW". That's the short form of "Lastkraftwagen" (but this isn't used often because it's such a long word ) or "Laster".

(Sometimes we do also say "Truck". The pronunciation (of "Truck") is the same as in English.)
