Yes, you have three years to file for workers' compensation in Pennsylvania. After you return to work after receiving workers' compensation, you have, at least, 9.6 years to re-open the wage loss claim. The medical claim is for life.
First, you would need to become a licensed insurance agent. Once that has been accomplished, you can either work for an agency that brokers workers compensation insurance or open up your own firm.
i need to know how long it takes a cps case to close if all problems have been resolved!!!
The answer would be Access Privileges.
When an employee's compensation case is presented, the supervisor should first ensure that all relevant information and documentation are thoroughly reviewed to understand the context and justification for the request. They should then engage in an open and constructive dialogue with the employee to discuss their concerns and expectations. Finally, the supervisor should present the case to the appropriate decision-makers, advocating for the employee while also adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
