a grace period of 5 days before your over all grade
is lowered by 1 letter. I.e A = B, B = C, C = D, D = F.
After 8 days then you would most likely incur an F-, which is

A D-Day is a day where they pay you to stay at home and write about why they should keep you as an employee.
