As of my last update, the tuition fee for civil engineering at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) can vary depending on the specific campus and additional fees. Generally, tuition fees for engineering programs in the Philippines range from PHP 40,000 to PHP 70,000 per academic year. It's advisable to check UPHSD's official website or contact their admissions office for the most current and accurate information.

Tuition for civil engineering programs varies widely depending on the institution and location. In the United States, for example, public universities may charge between $10,000 to $30,000 per year for in-state students, while out-of-state students might pay $25,000 to $50,000 annually. Private universities can have tuition rates exceeding $50,000 per year. Additionally, costs can be influenced by factors such as program length and whether the institution is public or private.
