I guess for choosing a B school two factors are most important
-Placements
-What specialization do they provide and what specialization do you want to choose.

i am an alumini of iit now in iisc but i will say iisc is way ahead in research. if you say about Btech than iits are good, but there is no btech in iisc so cannot compare...but there is no confusion about it iisc is definitely better.....
