A score of 69.23 typically corresponds to a grade of C or C+, depending on the grading scale used by the institution. In many systems, a C represents average performance, while a C+ indicates slightly above average. It's always best to refer to the specific grading scale of the school or program for precise interpretation.
a passing grade is aat least a c average so i hope you have a c average or better

For schools that grade on the plus system it would be a C+. For those on a minus system B-.
C+
it means "C" which is average
This normally is equivalent to a solid "C" for a grade average.
