Is boarding school fun

-You can swim, eat with ALL! your friends, have a sleepover every night, play lots of sport (depending on what kinds you like) and lots more!

- Hae. I go 2 a private girls boarding school in New Zealand and like you I find it difficult finding fun things to do. I've been a boarder for 2 3/4 years and I'm quite sick of having nothing to do. I find that most of my friends are at diff schls or r day girls, the matrons come in to check that you're all quiet and asleep, I don't like sport very much and I can't really think of much else to do. People think boarding is a big sleepover, but trust me, it's not.

-I have attended two boarding schools and it's just a matter of where you are. Both schools have been very isolated, so trips to town and things like that are really quite fruitless. If your boarding school is not very strict like the person in the response above, you can stay out late and chill and sleep in your friends rooms. Watching movies is always a favorite. Play some music. Have study parties, which isn't fun. Go ahead- break some rules. As long as they aren't major, it's normally pretty fun.
