I cannot give you a skit but you can take the story of the skit:

"

There are 2 friends.

1 lives in a village & other in a big city.

1 is illiterate & other is very educated.

Their city & village both lie in a earthquake prone area.

The illiterate guy doesn't like studying.

1 day educated/city guy tells his friend that never mind if he wants to be illiterate but at least he can learn how to keep himself safe from earthquakes as the area is earthquake prone.

He gets angry & shouts that he doesn't want to learn anything & tells him to get out of the house.

After sometime, an earthquake occurs…not big enough to make a building fall…about a magnitude of 3.7 on Richter scale.

Educated/city guy gets a news that his illiterate friend died coz' of earthquake…he runs to his friend's house & asks his wife what happened? He gets information that when earthquake occurred, he was cleaning his floor…suddenly the almirah which was having irregular base fell on his head & he died.

Hence, we should be ready for every disaster & learn all the safety precautions for disasters."

a man livin in a slum is visited by a educated friend who tells him to shift to another area as a flood has been reported . the man doesnt listen 2 him and sends him away. after some days there is heavy rainfall and his home is washed away. he regrets and thinks that he should have listened to his friend.
