The equivalent of "A Levels" in the USA education system is Advanced Placement (AP) courses.
The equivalent of UK A Levels in the USA education system is Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams.
If you are talking about the United States of America (USA) all states have education, if you are talking about something else I have no idea what you mean by "What state has the education" what is the education? Either way like I said before all states in the USA have their own education system.
In the USA, a bachelor's degree obtained in another country is generally considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree earned in the United States.
Yes, absolutely. O-levels are seen as being the same as a High School Diploma (which is what you need to get into University in the USA). Almost all universities will accept O-levels as adequate level of education for university or college entrance in the USA. You DO NOT need A levels to enter university in the USA. Most high school graduates in the USA are not as well educated as most O-level graduates in the UK. A-levels are equivalent to the freshman year in universities in the USA. I know this because I know quite a few English kids (my own included) whose O-levels have been more than adequate to enter university in the USA. My son has an Applied Science Bachelor's Degree from Campbell University. He left school at 16 with O-levels. He came to live with me in the States when he was 18 and went straight to university. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and is now an officer in the USAF.

education system in USA and UK are almost same...they depend mostly upon practicals...practicals carry about 80 percent of marks....rest on exams...what i realized during my study in USA,probably their education system is best in world.we used to assign a portion of theory and we were told to improve that theory and basing upon those improvements we used to get marks.again we used to deliver about 10 to 20 seminars a week in USA.. what i know about japan, they are also practical oriented ,but less than USA.they do have a strong grip on electronics, robotics, auto industry and nano technology ...i mean they have made their education more business oriented ,while USA has made its system towards research oriented....
