To prepare for babysitting, consider taking GCSEs in subjects such as Health and Social Care, which provides insights into child development and care. Child Development is also beneficial, offering practical skills and understanding of children's needs. Additionally, First Aid courses or certifications can be valuable, so look for options that include or complement this training. Communication and interpersonal skills are essential, so subjects like English and Drama may also help enhance these abilities.
If you want to be a doctor, you should take Geography for GCSE and not Drama.
computing/IT they would be very useful
Because if you take GCSE you will have more opportunities to get in the university in Europe. But if you have the Change to do IGCSE then go for that its not that different but its a preferable side. :)

you take your babysitting course at a babysitting club Good question
A babysitting circle is a group of parents who agree to take turns babysitting each other's children. The parents can use the babysitting services within the circle when they need a break or have other commitments. This arrangement allows parents to have flexible childcare options without hiring professional babysitters.
Take the one you would enjoy more. It's up to you.
