There isn't a specific scholarship that would have the title as the 'best' but there are many prestigious scholarships out there. One example of such would be the top scholarships from a particular university. From my knowledge, most universities have their own prestigious scholarship often referred to as a presidential scholarship which is usually given to the 'brightest' student. There are also scholarships that give a generous amount of money. For example, in Canada there is a TD Canada Trust Scholarship for Community Leadership where winners could receive up to $70,000 (CAD$). Moreover, there are scholarships that recognize you're humanitarianism. One may regard this as the best scholarship as it rewards one for his/her generosity. All in all, there are many scholarships out there that are available, it is hard to say what is 'the best' as receiving any scholarship alone is already great.
