First,one must develop the habit of perfect and accurate observation.

Second,one must develop the habit of digesting the mechanism of observed things.

Very importantly,Self estimation and self control over emotional flow must be developed by the person.

One must develop the habit of estimating any incidence by both positive and negative sides.
