Yes, It is equivalent to MBA (i.e PGDHRD in MBA) Course and has option to do specialisation in Finance / Marketing / System / Operations. NIHRD Conducts it through Correspondence or Online / Full-time mode. But, AICTE banned the Institute after 2007.
