You would have to inquire directly with the college or university. Most colleges and universities offer scholarships. You will have to inquire which ones you may be eligible for.
that score which enables you to get thru with the university you waned.. above 1250 is good.. To get through decent colleges 1300 is a good score, but I would suggest you to get a score above 1300..which will help you to get scholarships.
Check out fafsa.org for great information on available scholarships and loans for college. There are scholarships available for everything from a high grade point average to a high SAT score.
For the most part yes. Plenty of Colleges after scholarships if you have a certain SAT or ACT score. A lot of these Scholarships are upto Full Tuition for having around a 29 or 30 ACT, I'm not sure of the SAT.
With the score of a 34 on the ACT you could get a lot of scholarships, some college could also offer you full ride.
A lot of California State Universitys will take you in, because their broke!

It depends on the school. But, most academic scholarships require a 24 or better on the ACT.
First , i will assume that youre talking only about two subjects ( reading and math for example ) .. If this is the case , then what determines how well is your score are your aims .. If you need scholarships , i don't think you have a chance .. However , if you are asking whether colleges will accept your admission regardless of the other ingredients of this admission , medium level colleges and universities will usually .. But also , differs from college to college .. You must search
