It depends on the school. But, most academic scholarships require a 24 or better on the ACT.
none that i have heard of. most scholarships take full account of applicants. they asses their GPA, academic standings etc.
Most scholarships don't look at ACT score (few of them even look at SAT score). There are always plenty that do not look at your grades or test scores at all, but focus on other aspects of your education, background, and personality.
The ACT score and IQ test measure different aspects of cognitive ability and academic skills, making direct conversion between them inaccurate. While some studies suggest a correlation between standardized test scores and IQ, the relationship is not consistent across different populations. Therefore, it is not possible to reliably convert an ACT score into an IQ score.
The ACT score range is 0-36, 36 being the best.
Yes, you can convert a percent to an ACT score, but it's not a direct conversion since the ACT scoring system is based on a scale of 1 to 36. Typically, a percentile rank indicates the percentage of test-takers who scored lower than a specific score. To estimate an ACT score from a percentile, you would need the specific percentile cutoffs for the ACT, which can vary slightly each year based on the test-taker population. Generally, higher percentiles correspond to higher ACT scores.

Yes, they can, but only if you also have a really good SAT or ACT score and the college you are attending offers full tuition scholarships for high academic performance. Most corporate scholarships base scholarships off of high academic performance AND extracurriculars or community service.
